Hey Google!! A Mini Golf Pop-up Event in NYC!
The course itself is relatively simple and compact but makes a fun activity for those frequenting the beer garden. Google opens up pop up Mini golf course in the west village showing off connected home products. Hold is free and participants get the chance to win google home products. Facebook/ Staten Island FunParkStaten Island Fun Park is a cash-only outdoor entertainment venue in Staten Island. Visitors will find mini golf, batting cages, roller hockey, and a snack bar for kids of all ages. The mini golf course has 18 holes and is open to kids four and up and groups of up to five people.
Once you reach the end of the course, you can tally up the score with your group to see who’s the winner. Everyone will get a chance to win either a Google Home Max, a Google Home Mini, or a pair of Google-branded golf socks. Treats are also available if you have a sweet tooth. Guests will have a chance to win prizes at each location, and there will be photo opps too. Open to the public from Wednesday, May 30-Monday, June 4, the free experience is admittedly a promo for the popular Google Home products, from the Google Home Mini to the Google Home Max. It comes on the heels of other Google-branded pop-ups, like last summer's Donut Shop or the winter's Holiday Pop-up.

Made for families and summer fun, the course features different rooms in a house and related Google Home Family products. To overcome obstacles at each hole—like turning on lights, asking for a recipe or starting a dance party—you can solicit the help of Google Home products by saying “Hey Google.” The rest is up to the power of your putting. There are two mini-golf sections that wind through the event space. At the first station, I was told to imagine that it’s dinner time and time for the children to tidy up and get ready for dinner. I said “Hey Google, broadcast it’s dinner time.”The Google voice then announced diner time, and I then hit the golf ball.
